Use crowdin for card translation

Users must edit the [src/translations.js(https://github.com/anuraghazra/github-readme-stats/blob/master/src/translations.js) file to add new card translations.

I believe transitioning to https://crowdin.com/ could enhance accessibility for users who might not be as tech-savvy. This would empower them to contribute translations more easy, ultimately improving the overall accessibility of the cards.
