Factor in contributedTo when generating rank

I'm always frustrated when I view the `calculateRank` file and discover that there is no factor for contributedTo. There is commits, issues, pull requests, stars and followers. But what about the contributedTo statistic that is already fetched from the stat-fetcher?

Perhaps a new factor can be implemented, which could be contributedTo when generating the rank

Not sure what the weighting or median of this would be, I would love discussion over the potential weighting and median of this ranking factor.
