Excludes files?

Hi, really exciting project! We have been looking at some docs-generation for internal stuff and I think this could be the solution. However, I'm not sure I could convince the org that everyone has read access to the code. Would it be possible to support globs for what files to include/exclude? I.e. I would love if I could simply say that we include everything under /docs, or all .md files etc. Couldn't find anything like that currently but it could be me not looking in the right location.
