Beschreibung
1. Update the website's title from "Duty Calculator" to "Duty Estimator"
2. Fix the nav bar so the logo is aligned left and the text aligned right
3. Remove the dimensions and weight input boxes and add processing fee input box.
4. Add the disclaimer "These prices are not 100% guaranteed but are a close eliminator" to the homepage
