hping3 source address not properly randomized by --rand-source

I happened to run across this while writing a script to map the first and second octet of source addresses to the x and y of a 256 x 256 image. It seems there is something amiss with the random function used.
You can see there's gaps in the random distribution. Ideally the distribution should be smooth.
