no instruction on how to download
hf download full thing
hf download MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3 --local-dir ./MiniMax-H3
no matter how complete the donwdload is, it always leads to:
h3> !ref-image outputs/start.jpeg
h3: !ref-image requires the Ref2VA checkpoint. ====no fix at all.
