New agent from scratch better than the existing ones

we briefly met at Coderful and I mentioned I had some ideas on the agents themselves. If they match the direction of this project, I would happily participate in it. Basically: agent native tools that replace the ones designed for humans, taking advantage of tree-sitters (like in https://tokensave.dev) and more.
If they don't match the project charter, I would be happy to spin off a separate project that supports DS4.
