Attach file from open-webui does not work

I am running DS4 2Q DeepSeek V4 Flash on Asus GX10. I tried few times to attach a file it shows uploaded in web but I keep getting " It looks like you may have tried to attach a PDF, but I don't see any file or content in your message. Could you try attaching the PDF again? Once you share it, I'll be happy to provide a summary and explain the architecture behind it." from the model response. I did see message flash about numpy being not loaded or something.
