Domain skill contributions: is there a path for accountant-authored skills?

Following on from #1328, which asked whether external skill contributions are accepted and has no maintainer reply yet. I maintain two Claude skill sets for Australian accounting and tax (australian-accounting-skills and subcontractor-accounting-skills, both installable as marketplaces and indexed on skills.sh) and would contribute a compact accounting skill here if domain skills are in scope for this repository.

The question is narrow: does this repo take skills outside Anthropic's own set, and if not, is there a preferred place to list community skills? A one-line answer either way would settle #1328, #308, #575 and #1059 as well.
