描述
question on the regulated-industries angle. the public skills here are useful as a starting point, but most actually-valuable life-sciences workflows (HIPAA-bound clinical analysis, patient-data extraction patterns, IRB-approved query templates) can't sit in a public marketplace at all.
how are anthropic's life-sciences customers handling that? options we've seen:
- private fork of this marketplace structure, hosted in a corp VPC
- a self-hosted registry that keeps the skill format but isolates the data (we built skillnote for this case, mit: github.com/luna-prompts/skillnote)
- waiting for an official cloud-hosted private marketplace from anthropic
would be useful to have a short pointer in the readme for customers in this position, even if it's just acknowledging the gap.
