## Status before this PR

Submitted via the community form on 2026-05-04 and approved with status "Published" on 2026-05-11. The Published entry never synced to the public marketplace.json (same pattern reported in claude-plugins-official issues #984 and #1272). PR #231 is the direct unblock.
