Plugin shows "Published" in submission portal but never appeared in claude-plugins-official (2+ months)

### Summary
My plugin has been marked "Published" in the submission portal since May 11, 2026 (2+ months), but it still does not appear on claude.com/plugins or in the claude-plugins-official marketplace inside Claude Code. I never received a confirmation email either.

### Steps to reproduce
1. Submitted the plugin via the official plugin directory submission form.
2. The submissions page shows the status as "Published".
3. Run `/plugin marketplace update claude-plugins-official`, then `/plugin` -> Discover: the plugin is not listed.
4. Search claude.com/plugins: the plugin does not appear.

### Expected behavior
A plugin marked "Published" should be listed in the directory and installable via:
`/plugin install trendyol-integration-developer-tool@claude-plugins-official`

### Notes
This looks identical to previously reported issues (#984, #1272) where the portal shows "Published" but the plugin never lands in the directory, with no response from the team. It has now been almost two months. Could someone confirm whether it has been added to the catalog, or whether there's a pending step on my end? Any help would be appreciated.

Start by checking the submission portal record for trendyol-integration-developer-tool and compare it with the repository's .claude-plugin/plugin.json and the claude-plugins-official marketplace data used by /plugin marketplace update.
