German translation: duplicate labels in session feedback prompt

In the German UI (`de-DE`), the session feedback prompt ("Wie läuft Claude in dieser Sitzung?") shows two buttons both labelled **"Gut"**, so there is no way to tell them apart.

Looking at `Claude.app/Contents/Resources/ion-dist/i18n/de-DE.json` against `en-US.json`, two distinct rating steps collapse into the same German word — and the same happens at the other end of the scale:

Suggested wording:

- "Fine" → "Passt schon" (or "Okay")
- "Poor" → "Mäßig"

This is cosmetic, but it also affects the data you collect: with two identical labels the choice between them is effectively random.
