[BUG] compressed view of "agents" map icon is not correctly aligned in VSCode native panel

### What's Wrong?

The latest release of the VSCode extension provides a useful agent map interface accessible through a button in the chat window. When the window width is compressed, buttons are resized with minimal content/icons. The icon for the agent view is incorrectly positioned as shown in the attached image

### What Should Happen?

The icon should be correctly placed in the button and it should have the same stroke weight as the other icons used in the same compressed view.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Integrated panel
2. Run an activity that required use of agents in a session.
3. resize width of panel to its minimum
