[BUG] No repositories available in Claude Code web repo picker despite GitHub App installed

### What's Wrong?

My GitHub repositories do not appear in the repository picker on claude.ai/code. The picker shows "No repositories available" / "No repos match" even though the Claude GitHub App is correctly installed with repository access granted.

**What Should Happen?**
All repositories the Claude GitHub App has access to should appear in the repository picker so I can select one and start a session.

**Steps to Reproduce**
- Go to claude.ai/code
- Click "Select repo..."
- No repositories appear / search returns no results

**Steps already tried (no effect)**
- Confirmed Claude GitHub App is installed with repository access granted
- Confirmed GitHub Integration shows "Connected" in Claude.ai Settings → Connectors
- Disconnected and reconnected the GitHub Integration connector
- Hard refreshed the page / tried incognito

**Setup**
- GitHub username: Francesco89pro
- Claude plan: Pro
- This looks like the same backend repository indexing issue reported in other recent issues (#57161, #60493, #60637, #93959, #94046). Could someone trigger a backend repository index reset for my account?

Start by reproducing the issue at claude.ai/code: open "Select repo..." after confirming the Claude GitHub App has repository access and the GitHub connector is connected. Done means repositories available to the account appear in the picker and can be selected; the report names no repository files or tests.
