Reproduce the reported searchable-science workflow on Windows with version 2.1.114, using the recorded pdftoppm and missing-file errors as the starting point. Check how the CLI handles PDF conversion, working-directory paths, and oversized files; done means the workflow no longer produces these errors and the model behavior is separately characterized.
