[Feature Request] Add option to suppress verbose debug output and log to file instead

**Bug Description**
I run claude from my linux terminal. I dont want or care to look at privately shit. write it to a log file if you need it. but it wastes my time, scrolls stuff I care about off the screen and generally makes me think maybe chatgpt would be better. FIX IT
