Description
**Bug Description**
i am trying to create a packet structure to communicate with a PLC, I have created the example packet on the PLC and sent it to mqtt exactly how the target system is supposed to do and wanted to identify whether it's little endian/big endian and if the PLC uses packing of the bits and the safeguard flagged that message for some reason? I dont'; understand this

Piste de recherche
The issue names no source file, test, or code entry point. Start by reviewing the reported PLC/MQTT scenario and the safeguard result associated with feedback ID 91adc5c6-a7bf-4e2b-83b9-7f8f414d5874, then trace how the request is classified. Done means this valid request is not incorrectly flagged while the safeguard remains effective for genuinely unsafe requests.
