[BUG] No Connection

### What's Wrong?

My GitHub repositories do not appear in the repository picker on claude.ai/code despite the Claude GitHub App being correctly installed with "All repositories" access, and the GitHub connector showing Connected in Claude settings. Reinstalled the app and reconnected the connector in that order, no change. Requesting a backend repository index reset for GitHub user [458-pixel].
