Description
## Feedback
In the tool-permission prompt, the approve/deny choices are laid out one above the other (top and bottom). When responding quickly, it's easy to select the wrong one — I accidentally denied a legitimate file edit mid-task this way, and the agent had to stop and re-confirm what I actually wanted.
## Suggestion
Place the two actions side by side (horizontally), so they read as distinct left/right choices rather than a vertical stack where a stray keypress or tap lands on the neighbor.
## Environment
- Claude Code on macOS (Darwin 25.5.0)
- Occurred during a normal interactive session while approving file edits

Piste de recherche
Start by locating the tool-permission prompt in the Claude Code interactive CLI and inspect how its approve and deny actions are laid out. Update the presentation so the choices render side by side, then verify that both actions still select the intended response during an interactive file-edit approval.
