[BUG] iOS app stuck on "repository must be selected" error

### What's Wrong?

The Claude iOS app shows "A repository must be selected to start a session" even after GitHub is connected with "All repositories" access confirmed in GitHub settings. This worked before and stopped without any change on my end.

### What Should Happen?

The app should recognize the linked repository and allow starting a session, as it did before.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude iOS app
2. Go to Code tab
3. GitHub already connected, "All repositories" access confirmed in GitHub settings
4. Try to start new session
5. Error appears: "A repository must be selected to start a session"
6. Re-saving GitHub permissions does not fix it

This is on the Claude mobile app (iOS), not Claude Code CLI. GitHub repository permissions are correctly set to "All repositories" but the app doesn't detect this and shows "A repository must be selected to start a session".

No source file, test, or entry point is named in the report. First reproduce the flow in the iOS app with GitHub connected and All repositories access enabled; done means the linked repository is recognized and a new session can start without the repository-selection error.
