[Feature Request] Add configurable session timeout settings for organization accounts

**Bug Description**
I used to have an individual account where my login didn't expire frequently. Now I'm on an organization account where it expires often. My account administrator says that there's no setting he can adjust to change that. It's incredibly annoying to have to re-login all the time since the process takes a long time to complete. Please make it possible to configure non-expiring sessions--or at least sessions with long lifetimes.

First locate the organization-account authentication and session-management entry points, then determine where session lifetime settings are controlled. Done should include an administrator-configurable organization setting for long-lived or non-expiring sessions, with coverage for the resulting login behavior.
