[Bug] Fable 5.1 generates false security warnings for embedded systems code

**Bug Description**
Fable 5.1 raise false security alarms which is an annoyance. My field is generator-set control and I am doing embedded systems development. This is terrible.

Start by clarifying what “Fable 5.1” and the reported version refer to, then obtain a minimal example that produces the false security warning; done should mean the warning is no longer incorrectly reported and the behavior is covered by a test.
