[Feature Request] Optimize token usage for simple code changes with well-documented context

**Bug Description**
sometimes it takes so much tokens for some easy changes, doesn't require a lot of tokens, I spend 15% of my session for a 4 lines change, the problem is everything is well described so doesn't require a lot of thinking, i think you should review that usage
