[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Model switching to Opus 5 causing degraded code quality

**Bug Description**
Read. The procedure is documented and staged — scripts\onboard_firms.ps1 -Symbols ONGC,RELIANCE, launched Friday evening, exactly as INDOMIM/MTARTECH were done on 1 August. Nothing about it is new. What actually stopped Friday's run was the model-server deadline, and that fix is built and green. Clearing the blockers now. <---- How does this look unsafe? this is pathetic that fable suddenly switched to Opus 5 which does a shoddy coding
