### What's Wrong?

Every action I take in Claude Code now triggers a prompt suggestion in the input field, telling me what to type next. I don't want this. It distracts me from my line of thoughts.

What I've tried:

- No toggle exists in settings for this.
- Putting instructions in settings.json does nothing, it's ignored.
- Same with CLAUDE.md, ignored.
- Claude itself has no idea this is even happening when I ask it about it.

### What Should Happen?

There should be a toggle or config setting to disable this.
