[FEATURE] allow to disable remote control completely

### Problem Statement

I dont want to have remote control, the message keep popping up in any conversation and I do not want any kind of remote control feature which is nothing more than a security risk for me

how can this be completely turned off?

add an option to the /config command to cancel it, or in the user settings in the claude dashboard

Start with the /config command entry point and the remote-control prompt described in the issue. Trace how the opt-out should be stored and verify that disabling it prevents remote control and the recurring messages, including after restarting Claude Code.
