[Feature Request] Add allowlist/exception mechanism for legitimate biotech research use cases

**Bug Description**
I Have been running a pre-clinical drug discovery company for 25+ years. I am a technically sophisticated individual expert in artificial intelligence. Have been doing this even longer than most people at your company. It is very frustrating. I keep getting flagged for bio. Of course, I'm going to be doing biological chemical informatics work. That is where I trained and am an expert. Can we get some exceptions so I can leverage Fable 5? Money is not the issue. Please address this. It's very frustrating.
