[Bug] Max Plan 20x 7-day rate limit too restrictive, forces switch to competitors

**Bug Description**
The Max Plan’s 20x 7-day rate limit is too restrictive. Once we hit the 7-day limit, it basically forces us to switch to Codex or other competitors. I think you’re giving away your competitive advantage by doing this
