Artifacts gallery not reachable from the mobile app's Code menu

Artifacts published from the Claude Code CLI are listed at `claude.ai/code/artifacts` on the web, and `/artifacts` lists them in the terminal. On mobile, the Code menu has no artifacts entry, so a CLI-published artifact is only reachable if someone pastes the link — there is no way to browse your own.

This matters for the CLI → review loop: I publish a report or plan from the terminal, then want to read or share it from my phone. Today that requires going back to a desktop to get the URL.

**Ask:** an artifacts entry in the mobile Code menu, listing the same set as `claude.ai/code/artifacts`.
