kie dot ai connector stuck in prepare approve submit flow, approval never completes

### What's Wrong?

after reconnecting the kie dot ai connector, direct image generation calls like nano banana image are no longer available, and the only path now is a prepare, approve, submit flow where the approval step returns approved false with no way to grant it, and this happens consistently even after a full restart, not just a stale connection. Then just add that you were trying to generate images for your website using Claude Code, plus whether you're on Windows or Mac.

### What Should Happen?

expected behavior, the approval step should complete so image generation calls can go through as they did before, or at minimum there should be a way to manually grant approval from within the session.

### Error Messages/Logs

Direct generation calls (like the nano_banana_image calls I was using all session) are no longer exposed; the only path now is a "prepare → approve → submit" flow, and the approval step isn't completing on this session's transport (the plan comes back approved: false with no way for me to grant it). I tried twice and it's stuck.
So: I can still browse kie.ai's model catalog, but I can't currently generate or edit images through it.

### Steps to Reproduce

one, connect the kie dot ai connector in Claude Code. Two, ask Claude to generate an image using a direct call such as nano banana image. Three, observe that direct calls are no longer available and the only option is a prepare, approve, submit flow. Four, attempt to approve, and observe it returns approved false with no way to grant it from the session.
