[Locked out — existing account routed to “Let’s create your account”, request human escalation

### What's Wrong?

I have existing Claude account (Pro), can’t log in via browser or Mac desktop, email verifies then drops to the onboarding/“create account” page. Both address variants: [alanhilley87@gmail.com](alanhilley87@gmail.com) and [alanhilley87@googlemail.com](mailto:alanhilley87@googlemail.com). Fin has no fix and no escalation path. I have not clicked “Create account” and don’t want a duplicate made. Please have Product Support contact me.

### What Should Happen?

it appears to be a backend issue. i want a claude support team to reach out to me help me
fix this issue.
