[BUG] KIE.ai MCP connector: prepare_media_generation always returns "Host declined the approval request" on Desktop app

### What's Wrong?

Every call to the kie-ai MCP connector's prepare_media_generation tool returns "approved": false, "reason": "Host declined the approval request." No
approval prompt is ever shown to the user on the Desktop app. This happens 100% of the time regardless of account credit balance.

### What Should Happen?

The tool should either show the user an approval prompt (elicitation) before spending credits, or the connector should work the same way it does on the CLI, where this approval flow is supported.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect the kie-ai MCP server in Claude Code Desktop
2. Call prepare_media_generation with any valid image generation request
3. Observe the response always has "approved": false, "reason": "Host declined the approval request."
4. No approval UI is ever shown to the user

Start by reproducing prepare_media_generation through the kie-ai MCP server in the Desktop app, then compare its approval or elicitation flow with the CLI, where the issue says it works. Trace the Desktop handling of the returned approval request. Done means the user sees an approval prompt before credits are spent, or the connector behaves consistently with the CLI.
