Cloud/remote session token usage not included in "Total tokens" stat on the Overview dashboard

**Description**

The Overview dashboard (the "What's up next" home screen, showing Sessions / Messages / Total tokens / Active days / streaks / etc.) does not appear to count token usage from cloud/remote sessions toward the "Total tokens" stat. Only local sessions seem to be reflected.

**Repro / evidence**

- I've run roughly 60 tasks via cloud/remote sessions, each using on the order of 200k tokens — that's ~12M tokens of real usage that isn't showing up anywhere in the "Total tokens" figure on the Overview tab.
- The stat only seems to move for locally-run sessions; cloud-run sessions don't contribute at all, even though the sessions themselves appear in the sidebar/session list.

**Expected behavior**

"Total tokens" (and any tokens-derived stats — streaks, peak hour, favorite model, etc. if they're token-weighted) should aggregate usage across both local and cloud/remote sessions.

**Actual behavior**

Token usage from cloud/remote sessions is missing from the total, causing the displayed total to significantly undercount actual usage.

- Surface: Claude Code web/desktop "Overview" usage dashboard
- Session types involved: local sessions + cloud/remote sessions

**Related**

Possibly related to #73144 (usage stats excluding SSH remote-workspace sessions) — may share a root cause of non-local session types not being counted, though that issue is specifically about SSH remote workspaces rather than cloud/remote sessions.

No source files or tests are named. Start at the Overview dashboard's "Total tokens" calculation and trace how local versus cloud/remote sessions supply usage data; compare the behavior with the related SSH-session issue #73144. Done means cloud/remote usage is included in Total tokens and any token-derived Overview statistics that are intended to aggregate session usage.
