[Feature Request] Add CTF/security testing mode for controlled vulnerability exploitation

**Bug Description**
I built a CTF and I'm testing it using claude - I point exectly to the vulnerability and asked claude to exploit it so I wont need to search payloads int the internet

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by clarifying the intended controlled-exploitation workflow, safety boundaries, and acceptance criteria before locating the relevant Claude Code command or agent behavior; the work is done when the agreed CTF mode is implemented and covered by tests.
