Beschreibung
There is existing `--system-prompt`, however when the value is parameterised, escaping prompt could be a challenge and not safe.
E.g. `--system-prompt "$(cat .github/prompts/some.prompt.md)"`
So it would be good to have a dedicated `--system-prompt-file` to point to the file with the actual prompt.
Or just create the new input in `action.yml` for `system_prompt`/`SYSTEM_PROMPT`?
Assuming these are different purpose prompts.
