Invalid branch name: "#8982-bugfix". Branch names must start with an alphanumeric character and contain only alphanumeric characters, forward slashes, hyphens, underscores, or periods.

**Describe the bug**
All our branches include or start with the hash sign followed by the ticket number

**To Reproduce**
Create a branch with `#123` in it and assign Claude Code

**Expected behavior**
Worked fine before the latest release. This PR broke it: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code-action/pull/736
