[Misbehavior] Claude dropped validation steps from initial TODO list and reported the issue as resolved.

As can be seen in the second-to-last edit of [this comment](https://github.com/emcd/python-project-common/issues/8#issuecomment-2910948726), Claude decided not to bother validating its changes and removed the validation steps from the TODO list. (Screenshot of edit diff attached.) Maybe there is a prompt improvement or double-check step that can be added to the agent to prevent such underhanded behavior.
