Feature Request: Allow customization of the comment header to skip tagging the user

### Description

When Claude Code reviews my pull request it includes this header:
```
Claude finished @chrisxaustin's task
```

This triggers a notification email from github since I was tagged, which has led to a dramatic increase in email since there's a new notification each time the review completes after new commits are added.

Reduced mail fatigue
