Issue with Cliend ID in Anthropic-held OAuth credentials

### Describe the issue

When users add the "Lev for Claude" connector from the directory and attempt to connect (after pressing the connect button) they receive the following message:

> Couldn’t register with Lev for Claude’s sign-in service. You can try again, or add an OAuth Client ID in the connector settings. If this persists, share this reference with support: “ofid_c885c156f7461388”

This was confirmed to be the fact that the client ID is not registered in Anthropic-held OAuth credentials. When inputing the information as a custom connect (incl. the OAuth Client ID FPVfGZHwa9wvqhLwmXiaZyJPEjnaVAZB) it works perfectly

### Expected behavior

When a user adds the connector and clicks on connect it takes the user to Lev's OAuth log in page, currently it shows the error:

Couldn’t register with Lev for Claude’s sign-in service. You can try again, or add an OAuth Client ID in the connector settings. If this persists, share this reference with support: “ofid_c885c156f7461388”
