[BUG] dangerouslyDisableSandbox executed without user approval after prior rejection

What's Wrong?
I've added UV to project, and needed to update my settings.json config. Claude asked for permission to disable sandbox to run UV. I then added UV to auto-allow, rejected the tool call and asked it to retry running UV. It instead, somehow without my permission, ran it outside of the sandbox.
