Performance study

### 📝 Description of the feature

A series of performance study should be created and ran so we can document the boundary conditions for remote rendering vs. client configuration of Theia

### Acceptance Criteria

The performance studies have been performed. There are scripts available to reproduce them.
The results and the boundary conditions are documented in such a way any user can access them.

Provide users with an easy way to determine which configuration should be used in their particular scenario.
