Description
### 📝 Description of the feature
Create a configuration of VISOR that runs in remote rendering. The user will be able when initializing VISOR to determine if they want a client or a remote-rendering session. In the latter case, VISOR will spin off a Paraview session on the backend and display it to the user as if it were a viewer.
The UI looks very similar. The features available are basically the same, with differences documented.
### Acceptance Criteria
User can start a remote rendering session of VISOR. It looks and feels very similar to the client version of VISOR.
### 💵 Business Value
This configuration will open up VISOR to be used in situations where large datasets need to be loaded.

Research direction
No files or tests are named; start by locating VISOR's initialization flow and the existing client rendering entry points. Map where a session type is selected and where the backend ParaView session would be connected, then verify that a remote session can be started and presents the documented client-like UI.
