台灣媒體已大量報導電子戰模擬台灣 12 個軍事目標那一段，中英文一律不碰那個角度。重點放在三個與公民團體、記者直接相關的發現：

- 台灣基督長老教會領導層被編成宗教事務情報作業的一條工作線，產出人物檔案與含平面圖、建築外觀、結構圖的場地探查（報告第 89 到 92 頁）
- 輿情簡報流程把台灣政治人物與台灣媒體列入監控類目，提示詞要求將 Taiwan government 改寫為 Taiwan authorities（第 98 到 101 頁）
- 境外合法抗議活動的前期場地情報，包含溫哥華民主遊行的集合點、路線與終點（第 93 到 97 頁）

第 93 到 97 頁記錄市級公安與地方國安機關要求產出境外抗議活動的前期場地情報，包含溫哥華一場民主遊行的集合點、路線與終點。報告第 95 頁的附表以「合法的」形容這些活動，被監控的對象本身沒有違法。舉辦公開活動時，精確地址與確切路線提前公布在社群或報名頁面上，等於替這類蒐集省去一個步驟。
