Research merits of absolute vs relative imports

Because this is meant to be template for other projects, most of the imports in the handlers are relative (to avoid referencing the `labs.`), this has its own challenges when it comes to referencing across packages e.g `routers` talking to `models`.

While both approaches have their pros and cons, the aim of this exercise is to research and make best practices recommendations for python projects at Anomaly.
