multifunction cli commands

Hello, I'm not sure i it's better to describe it but I want to use this tool with multiple flags and multiple options in 1 time run.

for example:
create serval issues, then assign them all, etc.. in 1-time command rum.
for now, I do every time a new run to edit/create something.

if it already exists I am not able to find the proper way.
