Anki Font size should respect system font size, unless specifically overwritten by user with templates, addons or scaling preferences

If the deck overview is smaller, then that's due to the user / system having a smaller font size set up. In that case, the user can easily scale the webviews with ankis prefs if need be.

Start by reproducing the font-size behavior in the deck overview and experiments tab with different system font sizes and Anki scaling preferences. Trace the relevant webviews, templates, and add-ons referenced in the report. Done means the app respects the system font size unless a user template, add-on, or scaling preference explicitly overrides it, without shrinking the deck overview unexpectedly.
