Description

### Checked for duplicates?

- [x] This issue is not a duplicate

### Does it also happen in the desktop version?

- [x] This bug does not occur in the latest version of Anki Desktop

### What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

In Ankidroid:
1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Plugins
2. Turn "Enable Ankidroid API" on

In the [Pleco](https://www.pleco.com/) app:
1. Navigate to Settings > Modules > Flashcards
2. Under System, set Flashcard System to "AnkiDroid"
3. Configure "New Card Deck", "Default New Card Model"
4. Under Basic Settings > Configure Card models, set the card model

Make sure that the model you've configured has the deck override option turned on AND that the override it points to is not the deck that Pleco is adding cards to by default.

**When adding a note via Pleco, the note (and all its cards) ends up in the specified deck, regardless of any override specified on cards within the note type.**

### Expected behaviour

The expected behaviour is that the deck override is checked after a new note is added. This way, cards within the model after correctly moved (overridden) to the decks specified in the note type

- Further discussion of this behaviour can be found [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Anki/comments/1wdvxeu/can_i_learn_the_cards_of_notes_at_different_rates/)
- Deck override functionality works as expected when adding a note manually within AnkiDroid
- Thanks for taking the time to look into this

### Research

- [x] I have checked the [manual](https://docs.ankidroid.org/) and the [FAQ](https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/FAQ) and could not find a solution to my issue
- [ ] (Optional) I have confirmed the issue is not resolved in the latest alpha release ([instructions](https://docs.ankidroid.org/manual.html#betaTesting))
