Deck option appears on a non-split Deck Picker

How to reproduce:
* have a foldable phone
* open ankidroid wit the phone open
* select a deck
* close the phone
* reopen ankidroid

Actual:

Expected:
* the deck option should have disappeared, as this button was related to the split screen.

I suspect it would also work when resizing on chromebook. I must admit I don't want to open the chromebook to check unless we really need it
