Stopped media from other apps starts after TTS audio completes

### What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

I am using TTS on some of my cards and while reviewing I'm finding that it will restart stopped audio media playback from another app.

My card has this content: `{{tts zh_CN:Front}}`. I've also noticed this with the HelloChinese app.

### Expected behaviour

Media from other apps remains stopped.
